This fish shoal features painted paper fish in varying shades of iridescent blue and teal Acrylic paints on a dark blue watercolour background. I cut the fish in different sizes from thick paper painted with iridescent acrylic paint and carefully layer lighter shimmering colours on top. I then carefully selected each fish to create each fish shoal on a painted watercolour background.
With the variations in the fish and painted background - each piece is unique - an original artwork.
