This is a beautiful original and unique artwork for your home. It has wonderful impact whilst also being calming. I cut these butterflies from a beautifully smooth hot pressed watercolour paper and painted each butterfly in high pigment professional watercolour. This is a unique artwork in both its composition and the variety of butterfly silhouettes and shades. I planned this piece to ensure that every butterfly is unique.
The artwork measures at 24 x 24 inches and it is housed in a custom made black wooden box frame.
The butterfly wings are raised from the backing mount to provide shadow, movement and depth.
I have placed this piece in my own home and have enjoyed what it has to offer, as the hues and shadows shift with the light through the day.
